Education and training of staff
Education and training of your team are essential details for successful leadership and low failure rates in production.
We built a technically mature program for in-house education and practical staff training for thermosets.
Such trainings are offered as in-house sessions. By that you will receive an external know-how and ensure that your in internal know-how will not leave the company.
Due to successful consultancy some customers have asked us to support the installation of a new thermoset production and to train their staff to build the platform for a successful and high quality production.
This was the reason to create a very detailed handbook covering thermoplastic materials as well as thermosets. It may be applied for first time users as well as for experienced staff. These trainings are held in your facilities and will start with the basics in theory.
If production equipment is available, the theoretical details will then be trained live on your machines by our supervision. Such trainings are also possible for staff of R&D, design, mold shop and quality. We can provide the trainings in German, English and Spanish.
